We use AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) to encrypt your data at rest. This is the same standard used by banks and governments to secure Top Secret information. If someone stole our servers, your data would be mathematically impossible to read.

TLS 1.3 in Transit

Every time your phone or computer talks to our servers, the conversation is wrapped in TLS 1.3. This prevents anyone on your Wi-Fi (like at a coffee shop or airport) from intercepting your passwords or data.

Isolated Database

Your data isn't just thrown into a bucket. We use strict database isolation and automated daily backups. Your files in the "Document Vault" are stored on encrypted cloud buckets with strictly limited access policies.

Common Security Questions

Can HomeHub employees see my data?

No. Our internal systems are designed with "Least Privilege" access. We cannot see your passwords, and we cannot decrypt your Document Vault files without your specific user key (which is generated when you log in).

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You own your data. If you cancel, you can export your data. If you delete your account, we perform a "hard delete," scrubbing your information from our active databases immediately and from backups within 30 days.

Do you sell my data to advertisers?

Absolutely not. Our business model is simple: you pay us a subscription, and we provide a secure service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your family's personal profiles to third parties.
